turning 26

I will be turning 26 years old weeks from now.
Years, months, days have flown so fast before I know it, I will be turning 26 this August 11. 

I guess I’m starting to get old! And I've had several goals floating around my head of what I wanted to accomplished/experienced by the time I turn 26.

Trying to look back on what I have been through it was not a smooth sailing adventure at all. I slipped, got hurt and had moved forward with a happy heart. Last year I've been through many ups and downs but God was indeed been my help, my shield and exceeding great reward. I have been to a string of failed relationships and those hurtful experiences have made me tough and strong.
I am not easily shaken now and I learn to set aside something for myself and not to rely on someone.
One bible verse that would simply summarized it all:

When you are younger and you think about when you are going to be 26 you imagine your life completely figured out and you are happy. I know I am happy, but my life is far from figured out. I think that I’ve grown up a lot in the past year and started to realize some things that I never did before. I still have many goals that I have not yet attained and I hope to reach them very soon. I can’t wait to see what would be the 26th year of my life will bring!


Before I turn 26, I would like to thank God for he has tremendously blessed me with so many things in life. I am thankful for the challenges for they made me a better and stronger person.


God isn't finished with me yet. I believe that he carefully laid out his plans for me.
